I would pay tribute to the inventor of this recipe but I can't remember the website I found it on, so if its yours, thank you, they were beautiful! I tweaked it a little.
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup coconut oil (melted) You can used butter if preferred
3 medium
1/4 cup honey (you can add more if you have a sweet tooth! You can also use zylitol)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1-2 tbsp rice flour
1 tsp xantham gum
1 tsp baking powder
water
1) Heat oven to 125 degrees
2) Mix ingredients. If stiff, mix in a little water at a time to bring it too a smooth creamy batter. Not too thin otherwise you'll just have a big unbaked mess
3) Pour into greased basking dish and bake for around 30 minutes
4) Once baked, cool and store in an airtight container
Enjoy with a cup of herbal tea or a nice diary free, sugar free hot chocolate :)
