Grain-Free Cereal

This a fabulous cleansing, detoxifying breakfast. Perfect to set yourself up for the day. It'll keep your hunger a bay as it keeps you blood sugar levels stable, so forget the mid-morning munch...you won't need it!

Serves 1
cup of sunflower seeds
cup of pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 cup Dairy-free milk
Vanilla extract (optional)
1 scoop plant-based protein powder (optional)

Place sunflower and pumpkin seeds in a blender and process into a course powder. Add to a bowl and top with chia seeds, dairy-free milk and vanilla extract. Leave to soak for 10-15 minutes whilst you get shower and get dressed. For an extra protein hit, add 1 scoop of plant-based protein powder.

Add in chopped apple or berries. For extra sweetness, add a small sprinkling of stevia or zylitol.
