Do you love berries? When I started eating more fresh wholesome food over 10 years ago, this smoothie was one of my daily
staples. Now and again, I would add bee pollen to give it an extra shot of protein, B vitamins
and essential fats. It’s easy to make, refreshing, satisfying and of course, delicious!
You will need:
1 punnet blueberries
1 punnet raspberries
1 medium banana
500ml coconut water
Put everything into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour and
serve. Delightful!
Tip: If you like your smoothies cold
and don’t want to add ice, use frozen berries. For a vitamin C boost, add 2 large tablespoons of goji berries.
